1. Look


Simplest thing to change is the way you look. Changing you hairstyle. The way you dress, your clothing and most important your attitude.

2. Your Environment

Your work place, bed room, or any place you spend most of your time. Observe the unnecessary things there and dump them. Add some good pictures, home/office decorative , and declutter your place time to time.

3. Things and People

If you wanna pick a new hobby get a company with someone who's into that hobby. If you wanna quit a bad habit, Stop spending time at the place where you do that. Also stop seeing those people who participate in the same bad habit(e.g, Alcohol, Drugs) with you.

4. Eating Habits

Taste is the only reason, why people choose junk food over healthy food. First stop believing this myth that healthy food isn't tasty. You can do anything. Whatever you want. You can create a new recipe, find a good restaurant where you can get tasty and healthy food.

5. Sleep Pattern

Whether you are an Early bird or Night Owl keep your sleeping time same and so the waking time.

6. Water Bottle

Start keeping a water bottle with you wherever you go. Stay hydrated, Take Breaks, Sip water.

7. Content you Watch/Read/Listen


Our mind is an innocent child who believes Whatever you feed in. Check once what kind of movie, web series you are watching. Whom you are following on Facebook and Instagram, and what kind of content they are posting. Do they make you feel inspired or you feel like you are missing out on something in life. Books , Manga, Online stories you read affects you. It does take some courage to choose between, what you like Vs you is right to watch, but it's not that difficult today as music, animes, movies , web-series and people on social are in huge quantity and google is a great filter to get you whatever you want. Just use it mindfully with right intention.
