How to access your subconscious mind

Everyone of us have certain believes. While growing up each one of us developed certain believes about ourselves, about other people and world as a framework to drive our life.

The sad part is that many of our belief are given to us either to follow what our parent's order or to instill fear in us.

All this believes or limitations get lodged in our subconscious mind. Later, the person operate his/her world on the framework instill in the subconscious mind.

Just have a look at your current life. Do you always follow what others want you to do? Is it really your cooperation with others or it's just fear of abandonment. What kind of relationships you have? Are your relationships good for your mental, physical , emotional and spiritual growth? Do you always try to make others happy, rather than keeping yourself happy?

There are huge level of things that operate an individual's life. And those things are out of the scope of this blog post. I've mentioned just something that I found about myself and people around me. Get professional help for better healing or You can YouTube and know about Shadow work.

Now how to access your subconscious mind. Let's understand what does accessing your subconsciouind actually mean. As I've mentioned earlier that your believes operate your life. Your actions are based on what beleives you have.

For example :- You have a belief that You are not worthy to get a good partner for you. If you are finding a partner with this belief about yourself that you are unworthy of a good partner. Definitely you will take actions that will lead you to a partner who's a match with your belief about yourself of being unworthy.

In order to get the right believe you have to access your mind.

The ways to access your subconscious mind:

1. Prayers. There is reason for things to exist and from ancient times prayer is a major part of life for many communities from generation to generation.

Your prayers will be answered when you do it rightly. Many people pray and complaint about things they prayed for but never got answers to there prayers.

The answers to prayers results when the individual's subconscious mind responds to the mental picture or thought in his mind. This law of belief is operating in all religions of the world and is the reason why they are psychologically true.

The law of life is the law of belief, and belief could be summed up briefly as a thought in your mind. As a man thinks, feels and believe, so is the condition of his mind, body, and circumstances.

2. Autosuggestion. Suggestion means instilling a belief to someone. Autosuggestion is to instill belief in you consciously.
For example :- Whenever you do a mistake. Never say "oh I'm so dumb" or "oh god! I messed up" or anything that is around the sentences I've mentioned.
Whatever you say about yourself to yourself repeatedly, whether it's in your thoughts or your talking to a friend, colleague or anybody, your subconscious mind take that in as an order, and your subconscious mind will make you, whatever you order it for. Using autosuggestion you avoid saying negative words and sentences for yourself. Whenever you find yourself doing that, change that sentence about yourself.
For example :- if you say "oh I'm so dumb" replace it with "oh I'm gonna fix my mistake" or "oh I got where I was making mistake, I'm learning".

3. Taking advantage of sleeping and waking time. Do you remembers our elders used to say "study at early mornings, you'll remember everything". The time when you're just woke up, your brain is in a state where you can instill new information / belief in your subconscious mind. This is the best time to say positive affirmations to yourself. Same goes with the time prior to sleep.

Here is what I do; I've choosen a affirmation on Spotify for me and I listen to that single affirmation daily for 15 minutes. Before I sleep and after I woke up in the morning.

Bonus point . Writing whatever you desire in life is also a good way to get your subconscious know. What order you want to give to your subconscious mind.
Personally I did that earlier but I find listening to affirmations for 15 minutes is way easier. The pros of writing is that when you write it at least for 15 days you get clear in your head what do you really want in your life. Cons is that It takes a little extra effort and it's worth giving in.

Most Important of all: If you are programming your mind, do not expect instant results. You know consistency is the key. So don't give up when you find no results for 2-3 days. I started noticing results within 3 days. It will differ from person to person based on how strong the desire and belief you have. Cheer up.

Have a good day / night

The Secret to Producing More Time in Your Life: 6 Core Time Management Principles

The Secret to Producing More Time in Your Life: 6 Core Time Management Principles Inspired by Dr. Sudhir Dixit’s "Time Management" | By Prem Kaithwas Some years back, I often said, “I wish I had more time .” I used to start my day full of energy, but by evening, I’d feel drained and incomplete — like I did a lot, but didn’t actually move forward. This feeling is common when you haven't mastered personal time management . Then I read Dr. Sudhir Dixit’s seminal book on Time Management. One line from it fundamentally changed how I looked at everything: “You can’t manage time. You can only manage yourself within time.” And it clicked. We all get the same 24 hours. The difference between those who create something meaningful and those who feel stuck isn’t a matter of time — it’s a matter of clarity and self-management . 1. Slow Down to Move Faster: The Power of Deep Work There was a phase where I’d open my laptop, start coding, reply to a few messages, then check something ra...
